No online readings, coaching or 1-2-1 sessions may be recorded. Please ask the facilitator for a recording, one will be sent to you if possible.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

On the unlikely event of Jo or any other medium or light worker not being able to perform a 'reading' for you then a refund will be issued to you within 7-10 working days. 

For the purposes of this Policy, 'reading' refers to a mediumship, intuitive, soul or spiritual assessment which is live and online. If you're not happy with this then you must tell the medium within 15 minutes of the 'reading' start time. This will then be stopped and a refund issued. Should the 'reading' go over 15 minutes then no refund shall be issued.

If the 'reading' has not been started and you wish to cancel or reschedule within 48 hours then no refund shall be issued. 

Healing shall not be refundable once this has been booked. 

Email Tarot/ oracle card readings shall not be refundable once booked. 

All Courses , 1-2-1 coaching and group coaching shall not be refundable or rescheduled once booked unless in the unlikely event of Jo cancelling/ rescheduling these.
